Part Time Administrative Jobs description
The part time administrative professional is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support on a part time basis. He or she performs secretarial services requiring independent judgment, initiative and discretion within the administrative policies. The part time administrative professional is responsible of answering phones, receiving and distributing mail and correspondence, gathering data and compiling various reports for management, conducting projects and assignments, photocopying, maintaining files, ordering supplies and issuing correspondence. The part time administrative professional assists with the preparation of the annual budget. He or she also reviews incoming correspondence and routes matters requiring action to the proper people. The part time administrative professional records and transcribes minutes of meetings. The part time administrative professional also prepares proposals, responses, position statements, communications, and related documents.The job candidate should be at least a graduate in any discipline with two years of experience in providing administrative support to management staff. Other requirements vary according to the part time position.
