Electronic Arts, a video game manufacturer, has plans to set up their first North American game testing center at Louisiana State University. The center is expected to create 20 full-time jobs and 200 part-time jobs, where workers will be paid to test video games. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal is excited about the possible job creation that Electronic Arts is bringing to the state, saying that it is the first step in Louisiana’s push to build a base of digital media entertainment jobs. Electronic Arts is one of the world’s leading companies in video game production, with annual sales totaling over four billion dollars.
