The starting pay for this position is $16.00/hr. with a shift increase for second and third shift.

This facility operates five days a week with potential for overtime and produces Tacos and Tortillas.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Summer Associate is responsible for screening, packing and boxing quality product from a production line.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspect finish product ensuring it meets product specifications

Stacking product properly and maintaining accurate case counts

Assemble boxes and pack finished product

Must be willing to rotate between the different positions in Packout and between the Corn and Flour departments as needed

Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor

Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements

Must perform all positions of rotation, if applicable

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to flex/grip with wrists/hands

Standing, twisting, climbing stairs, reaching 12-24 inches and repetitive lifting of up to 10 lbs. frequently

Ability to perform basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, etc.) with use of calculator
