General Description of Position:

Work to offer support to the the Café will feature a variety of fresh prepared items daily such as entrees, salads, sandwiches, snacks, and drinks.

Major Responsibilities:

•Assists in dispensing food to students, staff and faculty

•Prepares necessary supplies and equipment for Café operations

Minimum Qualifications:

• ServSafe sanitation and related techniques.

• Stock intake, inventory procedures, and recordkeeping principles.

• Safe techniques for handling and storing perishable supplies.

• Safe techniques for the handling and maintenance of culinary lab equipment.

• Food service utensils, equipment, and food classification terminology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Work Hours:

Typical business work hours, may be adjusted during peak times. Typically under 25 hours per week.
