Description:
The Faculty of Health wishes to appoint a motivated, organised and versatile administrator?to work withina customer focused, effective and efficient administrative support service. Under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Administratorand as a member of the Faculty Quality team, you will providesupport for all issues relating to Faculty Quality processes such as scheduling, organising and minuting of meetings, reviewing and checking documentation, maintenance of spreadsheets and databases and with specific responsibility for all processes relating to External Examiners, including co-ordination of nominations, processing of expense claims and honorariums, maintenance of the External Examiner database and all aspects of External Examiner reporting. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills,to demonstratehigh levels of accuracy and attention to detail in your work, to be able to plan, organise and prioritise a demanding workload, tobe able to work as an effective member of a team and be adaptable to the demands of working in an area of rapid change and development. Ordinarily the post will be located on the 4th floor of the Rolle Building, University of Plymouth Main Campus, Plymouth. Occasional travel to John Bull Building, Derriford or other sites may be required. Flexible working options including job share will be considered. A successful external candidate for this position would be employed by the University of Plymouth Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Plymouth.
