The essential functions of a part time human resources professional is handling employee database, coordinating interviews, performing the joining formalities of new employees as well as the induction and orientation process, performing the exit formalities of employees who have resigned, leave and attendance management, managing the payroll of the entire company, developing and implementing various motivational programs and policies for the company and maintaining a good rapport with the employees as well as taking care of performance appraisals and employee problems. A part time human resources professional should be well conversant with labour laws and Income Tax provisions related to salary and benefits.A degree in Human Resources Management or Social Work is required for this position. A part time human resources professional should possess a very good presence of mind; he/she should have a positive approach and should be highly motivational, empathetic and possess very good communication and administrative skills.
