The part time customer service representatives gather information by phone or in person. They may look into and resolve complaints about billings and provided by various companies. Part time customer service representatives also may explain how to use equipment solve ant queries which they may have about the equipment. Still others make outbound calls to promote their products and then receive feedback for the same when the customers face problems. Many part time customer service representatives use multi-line telephones, fax machines, and personal computers and usually work from home.
No particular qualifications are necessary, though experience in the industry helps create more income for the representatives.
