Part Time Legal Admin Jobs
A part time legal admin professional manages the planning and business functions as well as the overall operations of a law office and participates in management meetings. The responsibilities of a part time legal admin professional consist of financial management, planning, forecasting and budgeting, variance analysis, financial reporting, billing and collections as well as rate determination, managing cash flow, investment, tax planning and reporting as well as maintaining banking relationships.
A part time legal admin is also responsible for system and cost benefit analysis, operational audits, office automation, records and library management, litigation support and legal practice systems. General management is also one of the functions of a part time legal admin professional i.e. strategic and tactical planning, business development, risk management and quality control. He/she should establish and maintain good interpersonal relations with lawyers and support staff.
A bachelor\'s degree in business administration or management, finance, human resources, technology or marketing is required for this position along with good knowledge of legal procedures.
