Bering Straits Development Company (BSDC) a wholly owned subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. (BSNC) is seeking a Part time Office Clerk to Compute timesheets in Deltek software. The office Clerk may also check the accuracy of employee hours and coding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll:
Process for review weekly timesheets which may include Davis bacon payrolls.
Other duties:
Perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering phone, filing and maintaining records.
NON - ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND LICENSURE
Required:
High School diploma.
Must have experience working accounting software.
Preferred:
Minimum of one (1) or more years of experience in the field.
Working knowledge of Deltek Software.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge and proficient in the usage of computers, especially Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Deltek accounting software preferred.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, motivational, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing a multitude of tasks.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary data and meet required deadlines.

Job is performed in a modern office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system.
